These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Spa Club, Spa Services, and the Carisma Spa & Wellness's Website, located at www.carismaspa.com. By engaging with Carisma Spa, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Malta. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

By transacting on this website, you agree to have your email stored for future communication and promotional messaging.

Spa Club entitles you to a 15% discount on treatments as well as a 10% discount for products for you and your friends. 
Memberships may be frozen up to 6 months with sufficient notice.

Non-refundable deposit policy:

​

All deposits for team-building events on-site or booked within Carisma Spa premises are non-refundable, regardless of cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to the number of attendees. The deposit is used to secure spa space and therapists, and once paid, it reflects the commitment of resources by Carisma Spa. Therefore, the deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances, and any changes made to the event after payment will not alter this policy.

Spa Club subscription regulation: 

Please be advised, upon subscribing the Spa Club the subscription should be kept at least for 3 consecutive months(as due to the many benefits provided: every day Spa day at any venue, complimentary treatments, guest passes, rates, events invitations etc,  1 month subscription is not applying)
The payment will be charged on a monthly basis and will cover the month of the upcoming membership term. Members are free to cancel at any time. All Spa Club cancellations must be done by emailing info@carismaspa.com.There will be no refunds for unused credits, however, members are entitled to use all the credits prior to canceling. 

Carisma Spa & Wellness reserves the right to modify, add, and remove benefits including but not limited to the services available, discount rates, guest pass quantity at any time. All members will be notified accordingly in the event of such modifications.

Each Spa Club treatment is granted as a credit to the member. In the event that their treatment of the month is not redeemed, it is rolled over to the following month as an additional credit. 

Treatment credits for the Spa Club may only be redeemed by the spa club member. Spa Club benefits and the treatment credits can not be shared with anyone other than the member themselves. We may ask you to provide identification upon entrance to the spa for verification.

 

• Children under the age of 8 may use Spa facilities free of charge- with constant parental supervision.

 

• Children between 8-12 years may have a spa treatment with a 50% discount.

The use of Spa facilities refers to the indoor and outdoor pools as well as other spa amenities including but not limited to the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Ice Fountain, Steam Room. Spa facilities vary from one hotel to the other, and as a result, not all facilities are available at each venue. The Ramla Bay hotel outdoor pool is not included in facilities. For the use of outdoor hotel facilities, we require a booking at least 2 days in advance.

The 15% service discount is not applicable for Vouchers purchase, Spa Clubs, Sparty's, and Spa Day as these are already discounted promotions. Vouchers can not be used for purchases on the Spa Club, Spa'rty, and any other discounted promotions as these items are discounted already.

Arrival: Please be advised to check-in 20 minutes prior to your treatment to enjoy the facilities prior to your treatment. Out of respect for the following appointments, late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time. 

Cancellation: We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 12-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Bookings: For bookings longer than 2 hours, a credit card authorization will be required to hold your appointment time. Your credit card will not be charged and you may pay in another method at the time of your appointment. 

Gift Certificates: Expiration is 3 months from the purchase date. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service.

Packages: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, and non-transferable. 

Treatment Room Policy: Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the treatment room at the time of service. All other guests must wait in the waiting area, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Late Arrivals: Please be advised to check-in at Spa reception 25 minutes before treatment start. We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. If you see you will have a late arrival, please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full-service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.

Returns: Products must be returned within 1 week, with the full value returned in the form of a gift card, which can be redeemed for other PHYTOMER Spa products. Products must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened, to receive full credit. Products that have been used and have original packaging, will receive 50% of the product value in the form of a gift card. It is at the discretion of the Spa as to the exchange of used products and its exchange value. 
All returns must show receipt of purchase if the Spa is not aware of the client’s product purchase. Please call or email the Spa immediately, if you have any concerns or issues with the products you purchased so that the Spa can address any product issues quickly. Please call or email the Spa if you can not return a product within 1 week.

Gift Certificates: Expiration is 12 months from the purchase date. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service.

Packages: All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.
Payments: We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or traveler's checks.

Gratuity: Gratuity is not included. Tips typically average 10% to 15% of your service total and are appreciated but not expected.

Children and minors: The Spa wants you to relax, and enjoy your service. It is important that the Aesthetician is able to focus on your service and skincare needs. It is preferred for you to leave your child/ minor at home, if possible. 

Please note that it is at the Spa's discretion to stop service or refuse service if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client’s information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.
